Due to the personal nature of our products, all perfumes, perfume oils, body care, and cosmetic items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once shipped. We do not accept returns based on scent preference. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can make it right.
